LOCAL COMMUNITY INVITED TO GIVE THANKS WITH B-CC FAMILY

DAYTONA BEACH, FL- The Daytona Beach community is invited to join the Bethune-Cookman College family in giving thanks at the college’s annual thanksgiving service to be held Monday, November 24 at 10:20 a.m. in Heyn Memorial Chapel located on the college campus.

The Reverend Moses Johnson, Pastor of Simpson Memorial United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, Fla. will serve as the keynote speaker.

The college will also be distributing boxes of food to feed families in the community that express need. Request can be made for boxes on Monday, November 17 in the Office of Student Affairs, located on the B-CC campus from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Those seeking assistance need to furnish proof of income and household dependents before a request can be made.
