MEDIA ADVISORY  

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman College will be closed to the public from December 17, 2003 at 5 p.m. until January 4, 2004 for the Christmas holiday.

Those wishing to purchase tickets for upcoming events at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center can do so at the Ocean Center Box Office, 101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach or via Ticketmaster at (407) 839-3900 or http://www.ticketmaster.com.

The College will reopen January 5, 2004. Classes resume January 12.

Bethune-Cookman is a comprehensive college, which offers degrees in liberal arts as well as professional fields, such as business, education and nursing.
